汝林琪女士是凯鹏华盈创业投资基金的主管合伙人，同时也是华盈中国创业投资基金的创始人及总裁合伙人。汝女士拥有二十年投资银行和风险投资经历，她于1999年涉足风险投资行业，并在2005年募集建立了TDF Capital China II LP。汝女士专注于媒体、网络、消费服务、再生能源及绿色科技等七大领域, 投资的成功案例包括阿里巴巴、百度、分众传媒、中国网通、华友世纪、玺城传媒等知名企业，其中五家公司成功上市、三家被收购退出的业绩使她被评为2005 Zero2IPO中国最活跃创业投资人、2006和2007 Forbes中国最佳创业投资人和2007第一财经中国创业投资价值榜最佳PE投资人。
加入风险投资行业以前，汝女士曾在华盈基金投资的公司Privylink担任CFO/COO。在此之前，汝女士在德意志银行、美林银行和高盛就职十二年，任德意志银行亚洲区董事、科技与运输行业主管，美林证券香港及纽约分公司企业融资部执行组联合负责人。汝女士在消费品、运输、互联网、媒体和消费金融诸多行业拥有丰富的企业融资、并购、收购及其他相关管理经验。加入投资银行前，汝女士在曾在IBM任工程师。
汝女士毕业于加州大学伯克利分校机电工程研究专业，并于哈佛商学院获得工商管理硕士学位。
